In It For the Long Haul: A Thank-you to Longtime Customers

Recently, we had the opportunity to sit down with the Alliance for Consumer Education (ACE), one of our longtime clients, and be a bit self-centered. Long-term clients, like ACE, are particularly special for us; they give us the chance to grow alongside them and create a meaningful impact for their business. ACE, for example, had trusted us with their branding process and strategic visioning, which brought a deeper partnership between our two organizations. After working on multiple websites, many print campaigns, video production, and even 3D animation, we’re grateful that ACE has given us the ability to do what we do best – create and hone cohesive campaigns that highlight our clients’ strengths.

When the Executive Director, Sara, announced that she was leaving ACE, she agreed to sit down and chat with us on camera. We were curious what it was like to work with HighRock over the past few years (and we knew she wouldn’t hold back). We’re glad she agreed, because she highlighted how we feel about longtime customers like ACE. Watch the video below to learn about her experience:

Although we’re excited to take on projects from clients at any stage in their marketing progress, there are benefits from working with a client for multiple years, because we become so close to the people and that organization. When someone like Sara calls us with a challenge or wild idea, we’re able to create truly effective marketing solutions to contribute to ACE’s long-term growth. We’ve learned understand how to play to their strengths.

We are lucky to have many long-term clients (a few since when we started!), and it’s the most rewarding part of our job when we get to watch them grow. We hear how teams tackle challenges and achieve goals, and sometimes, we’re proud that we get to be a part of that too. Whether a company hires us for their branding, or brings us in a few years down the road, we’re so glad that people trust us to take their organization to the next level.

Although Sara is no longer at ACE, we’ve loved working with her and the team for the last four years. And of course, we are thrilled to continue our partnership with the current team at ACE – we can’t wait to see what’s next!
